Dear Friends and Family,

Thank you for allowing the Lord to so richly bless us through you!  We are thankful for your support and prayers.  We thank you for your faithfulness and we are reminded that our Heavenly Father will continue to meet our needs, as we serve Him with New Tribes Mission.  We have found the words in Philippians 4:19 to be wonderfully true — “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”

We trust that you had a joyous Christmas.  We are thankful to the Lord for the blessed Christmas that we spent with our children, David, and Jeffrey and his new bride, Stefanie.  We greatly missed having our son, Tim, and daughter, Sarah, and her husband, David, and our two granddaughters, Kayla and baby Kennidy Gail with us for Christmas this year.

Thank you for your prayers for us as well as the work of New Tribes Mission in reaching tribal people around the world.  There are going to be a lot of procedural changes this year in the Medical Plan Office and we greatly appreciate your prayers.  Thank you for your prayers for the 2009 Policy update which is now completed.  Our new co-worker is doing well for which we are very thankful.

As we embark upon a new year we have the full assurance from God’s Word that He will be with us:  “Behold I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?  I will even make a way in the wilderness; and rivers in the desert.”  Isaiah 43:19
