March 2007
Dear
Friends and Family,
We are
thankful to the Lord for each of you who have been such a
blessing and help to us. We thank the Lord upon every
remembrance of you! Philippians 1:3.
Everything is going well for us at the present. We are
thankful for good health and strength for a very busy
ministry here! Jeffrey and David are doing well, too. Tim
has applied for a job in Washington, D.C., and we are
praying he will get it. It would be for a Republican
Congressman from PA. Thank you for praying for Sarah, David
and Kayla Battles as well.
News
from the mission field:
Ankle, a Tobo tribal believer in Papua New Guinea, has
been praying for his wife, Nara, and telling her about
Jesus every day. This past Tuesday evening she trusted
Christ.
He was so excited and wanted to tell the NTM missionary,
Jason, that Nara was a believer. Ankle said, "If I had
died and gone to heaven, and my wife didn't, it would
not have been right. She needs to go too. Now Jesus has
saved her and she is going to Heaven too, and I am so
happy."
Ankle continues to witness to all of his family. His
father Yaka is sick. Ankle has tried to tell Yaka the
Gospel message over and over again. Please pray for the
unsaved members of Ankles family as well as for his
unsaved Tobo neighbors.
Lindas
parents are doing well, and especially her Mom since her
stroke last summer. Lord willing, we hope to go up North
during the month of May, and be with them for a couple of
weeks and help wherever we can.
Thanks for
praying for these requests, and for us. We really
appreciate it. We shall keep in touch. Thank you again so
much for your kind gifts to us and prayers for us. You are
a real part of this work as well.
