Dear
Friends and Family,
Happy
Resurrection Day!
Thank you
for praying with us, regarding additional help and a back up for
our ministry in the Medical Plan Office. The Lord is answering
our prayers!
A couple
has indicated that they are interested in working with us and
just this past week they visited us for several days. Lord
willing, they plan on moving to Sanford in July. They have six
children, five of whom will be coming to Sanford with them.
Their oldest daughter will continue her college studies up
north. The Mission will be providing them with housing in an
apartment at Headquarters, which will give them some “breathing
space” to look for a larger accommodation in the months to come.
We went with them “house hunting” but they couldn’t find what
they wanted in that short time.
We praise
the Lord for His wonderful provision to us of a back up and
additional help in our busy office. There are a number of
projects that we have had to put “on the back burner” because
there just hasn’t been time for them. Our new co-workers will
be a tremendous blessing, as everyone in our office serves our
fellow missionaries, most of whom are on the fields of service,
planting tribal churches. We’re all seeing and hearing of many
coming to know the Lord, which is the entire emphasis of us
being here!
We are
very thankful to those who have been such a wonderful help and
blessing to us. We thank you for your faithful prayers as
well. Thank you again.
Please
continue to pray that more tribal people will have an
opportunity to hear the Gospel this year. There are yet
countless tribes around the world who have never even once heard
the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. They do not have God’s Word
in their language. The needs are urgent and the laborers are
few.
We trust
that this letter finds you well and encouraged in the Lord.
